Staci Hafling
Mrs. Staci began her teaching career in 1992 as an English teacher in general education in St. Lucie County before continuing her work in Martin County. In 2021, she joined The Hope Center for Autism as a teacher, bringing decades of experience in education. Inspired by her son, Connor, who has autism, Mrs. Staci developed a deep passion for learning about special education, inclusion, and the unique needs of individuals on the spectrum. After five years at The Hope Center, she recognized the need for greater accommodations and specialized support for teens and young adults with autism. Motivated by both her professional experience and her personal journey as a parent, she set out to create a program designed to better serve and empower these students. Her son remains the inspiration behind everything she does and the driving force that led her to the work she is so passionate about today.
